Why Texas Can’t Register UTVs as Street Legalįor a person to register a UTV as a regular street legal vehicle through the Texas DMV, it would need to fit Texas’s definition of a street legal vehicle and pass a Texas motor vehicle inspection, however Texas’s laws do not allow for this.
